Strategic AI Advisory for Owners and Executives

AI ambition is universal.
AI readiness is rare.

Silent Services AI is the strategic advisor to leaders who need AI to produce measurable results, securely, inside real operations. We assess readiness across six disciplines, prioritize by return, prove it with measurement, and stay accountable through execution.

Built with the discipline of the most restricted environments in the country. Applied to the businesses that are the backbone of America.

The Readiness Gap

Everyone is adopting AI. Few are converting it into results.

The market has moved from experimentation to accountability. Boards and CFOs are asking what the AI spend produced, and most leaders cannot answer with a number.

88%
of organizations use AI in at least one function
McKinsey, The State of AI, November 2025
39%
attribute any EBIT impact to it
McKinsey, The State of AI, November 2025
42%
of companies abandoned most of their AI initiatives in 2025, up from 17% in 2024
S&P Global Market Intelligence, 2025
7%
of business leaders can report established AI ROI

The gap is not the model. It is infrastructure, security, governance, measurement, and prioritization. Those are the six disciplines we assess.

Built for owners and executives who run real operations

This is for you if

  • You own or run an established business with real workflows, real data, and real customers
  • You are spending on AI, or about to, and want to know where it will pay before you spend
  • You need an advisor who will tell you what to stop doing, not only what to buy
  • You operate in or sell into a regulated market and cannot afford a security shortcut
  • You want the value AI creates to stay inside your company

This is not for

  • Companies looking for an AI demo rather than a decision
  • Teams that want a tool recommended before the workflow is understood
  • Organizations unwilling to measure before and after
  • Buyers shopping on price alone

The Six Disciplines

Six questions every leader should be able to answer about AI

Each discipline is a module in our readiness assessment: a scored diagnostic, an executive briefing, and a clear next step. Together they tell you where you stand, what to fix first, and what it is worth.

01

AI Readiness

Can your organization move AI from pilot to production?

The challenge
More than 80% of AI projects fail, twice the failure rate of non-AI IT projects (RAND Corporation, August 2024). The causes are structural: data quality, infrastructure, security, governance, and integration into real workflows.
What we assess
Data readiness, infrastructure and compute, security posture, governance, integration paths, and leadership alignment on what AI is for and how success is measured.
What you get
A scored readiness profile, the specific blockers keeping your pilots out of production, and a sequenced plan to clear them.
02

Security and Compliance Readiness

Is your AI program compliant with the frameworks your customers and regulators require?

The challenge
Compliance is now a revenue gate. Defense suppliers face NIST 800-171 and CMMC obligations with real enforcement behind them; in 2025 the Department of Justice settled False Claims Act cybersecurity cases with MORSE Corp ($4.6M), Raytheon ($8.5M), and Georgia Tech Research Corp ($875K) (Mintz FCA review, January 2026). Regulated commercial enterprises face breach costs averaging $4.44M, with shadow AI adding $670K on average (IBM Cost of a Data Breach, 2025).
What we assess
Current framework posture (CMMC, NIST 800-171 and 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, StateRAMP), AI-specific governance gaps, identity and access for people and agents, and data handling.
What you get
A gap analysis against the framework you must meet. Pathfinder accelerator packages are available, designed to eliminate guesswork. Go further with tailored configurations and access to secure infrastructure that is NIST compliant on day one; you select the compliance level required.
03

Agentic Operations Readiness

Do you know what your AI agents can do, and who is accountable when they do it?

The challenge
Agents are software actors with credentials, tools, and autonomy. 82% of organizations run AI agents, but only 44% have policies to secure them, and 80% report agents taking unintended actions (SailPoint / Dimensional Research, May 2025). Gartner projects more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by end of 2027 (Gartner, June 2025).
What we assess
Agent inventory, identity and permissions for non-human actors, monitoring and audit trails, approval boundaries, and the path agents take into your environment.
What you get
An agent governance model where every agent has an identity, a permission set, an owner, and an audit trail, plus a controlled path for new agents and tools to enter your operations.
04

Human Acceleration and ROI

Is AI actually making your people faster, and can you prove it?

The challenge
AI measurably accelerates some work and measurably slows other work, and perceived productivity routinely diverges from measured productivity. In one randomized trial, experienced developers were 19% slower with AI tools while believing they were 20% faster (METR, July 2025). Only 7% of leaders can report established AI ROI (KPMG Global AI Pulse, Q2 2026).
What we assess
Baseline hours versus AI-assisted hours on real task cohorts, quality retention, and asymmetric risk (the cost of a false negative versus a false positive in your business).
What you get
Our Human Hour Index (HHI) and Human Intelligence Index (HII) methodology produces a Composite Performance Index and a cohort capture model at your actual labor rates: a sponsor-ready analyst report, an executive one-pager, and a formula-driven calculator your finance team can interrogate. A number your CFO can take to the board.
05

ROI-Based Prioritization

Which of your AI initiatives deserve funding, and which should you stop?

The challenge
The typical enterprise runs too many AI initiatives, funded by fear of falling behind rather than a portfolio thesis. 64% of CEOs admit they invest in AI before knowing its value (IBM 2025 CEO Study). Johnson & Johnson found 10 to 15% of its roughly 900 generative AI use cases drove about 80% of the value, and pruned the rest (WSJ CIO Journal, April 2025).
What we assess
Every initiative and shadow tool in your organization, scored on mission impact, feasibility, and governability.
What you get
A kill list and a double-down list with the math attached, and a consolidation path onto governed infrastructure where unit economics are visible.
06

AI Engine Optimization Readiness

When a buyer asks ChatGPT about your industry, does it name you?

The challenge
Buyers increasingly get answers instead of links. 51% of B2B software buyers now start research with AI chatbots more often than Google, and 69% chose a different vendor than planned based on AI guidance (G2, The Answer Economy, April 2026). Being cited inside an AI answer correlates with 35% higher organic click-through (Seer Interactive, September 2025). There is no page two in generative AI.
What we assess
How each major AI engine currently answers the questions your buyers ask, and whether you are cited, absent, or misrepresented compared with competitors.
What you get
A visibility audit, entity and evidence optimization built on the published GEO research (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024), and share-of-answer tracking over time tied to pipeline. We practice this on our own content and show you the receipts.

How We Work

The Pathfinder Method: Assess, Prioritize, Prove, Scale

No endless discovery. No product pitch before the workflow is understood. A structured progression where every stage produces a decision you can act on, whether or not you continue with us.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with workflow evidence, not labels. Who does the work today, what is slow, costly, risky, or inconsistent, what output should improve, and who owns the outcome. Vague asks like "we need an AI agent" get translated into evidence.

  2. 02

    Assess

A scored readiness diagnostic across the six disciplines, with an executive briefing that states plainly what is known, what is assumed, and what still needs validation.

  3. 03

    Prioritize

Every candidate initiative is scored on impact, feasibility, and governability. You leave with a testable value hypothesis for the top opportunities and a kill list for the rest.

  4. 04

    Prove

A bounded pilot with an HHI/HII baseline measured before and after. If the multiplier is not there, we show you where it is not and why.

  5. 05

    Scale

Proven workflows move onto governed, secure infrastructure with identity, audit, and compliance native to the platform. Where the requirement calls for it, we bring the infrastructure partners to meet it.

  6. 06

    Grow

Continuous monitoring and optimization, portfolio re-scoring, and AI Engine visibility tracking so the results compound instead of decay.

This proven methodology integrated with experiential intelligence is designed to quantifiably achieve business and operational objectives.

Every briefing ends with a decision, not a deck

  • A scored readiness profile

across six disciplines, benchmarked to published research

  • A prioritized opportunity list

with a value hypothesis for each

  • The specific blockers

between your pilots and production, named plainly

  • A compliance gap view

against the framework your market requires

  • A clear next step

and who should own it, whether that next step is with us or not

Why Silent Services AI

Discipline forged at the top of the stack

Our leadership has spent years getting AI, automation, and advanced infrastructure to operate inside the Department of War and the Intelligence Community, from controlled unclassified information to Top Secret/SCI. That work has been inspected and accredited in production environments at the highest national security levels, with more than 1,000 security controls, STIGs, scans, audits, RMF artifacts, and POA&Ms documented and inspected along the way.

That is where our habits come from. We do not bring paperwork to commercial clients. We bring a method where security, governance, and measurement are native, because we have never had the option of leaving them out.

  • Born in production, not retrofitted.

Our leadership's infrastructure discipline was inspected at the highest national security levels before it was ever offered commercially.

  • Measurement people, not cheerleaders.

We publish the counter-evidence too. Honesty is the differentiator.

  • Frontier and sovereign model flexibility.

We are partner-trained across the major model providers and design for switching, not lock-in.

  • Our own first customer.

Every method here was built and run in our own businesses before we recommended it to yours.

Insights

Questions leaders ask us

What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment is a structured diagnostic that scores an organization's ability to move AI from pilot to production across data, infrastructure, security, governance, measurement, and prioritization. Silent Services AI assesses six disciplines and delivers a scored profile, prioritized opportunities, and a clear next step.
How is a strategic AI advisor different from an AI implementation partner?
An implementation partner builds what you ask for. A strategic AI advisor helps you decide what is worth building, what to stop, how to prove it is working, and how to keep it secure and owned. Silent Services AI advises first and remains accountable through implementation.
Does Silent Services AI serve defense contractors and regulated industries?
Yes. Our leadership's discipline was formed in classified and regulated environments. We assess compliance posture against CMMC, NIST 800-171 and 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS, and StateRAMP, and offer accelerator packages and compliant infrastructure. Customers still pursue and own their own authorizations.
How do you measure AI ROI?
Through our Human Hour Index (HHI) and Human Intelligence Index (HII) methodology: baseline versus AI-assisted hours on real task cohorts, adjusted for quality retention and asymmetric risk, producing a Composite Performance Index and a dollar capture model at actual labor rates.
What is AI Engine Optimization (GEO)?
AI Engine Optimization, also called Generative Engine Optimization, is the practice of ensuring AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite and correctly represent your company when buyers ask questions in your category.
